Long Island SoBol serves healthy and invigorating acai bowls topped with fresh fruit and
homemade granola. In addition, our menu includes breakfast sandwiches, salads and burritos that
are all offered in a bowl or wrap. We also serve homemade soups, fruit smoothies, hot coffee and cold drinks.
Inspired by his family’s successful ice house, Jason Mazzarone created the Acai Café in 2012.
Since then, Long SoBol has grown steadily and is now a franchised brand.
Jason took his culinary arts degree and background as a chef and teamed up with Jim Kalomiris’
more than 20 years experience in restaurant management, real estate and construction.
These co-founders found a niche in the quick casual market and are
now poised to grow quickly through franchise development.
